Privacy notice
This notice explains how Adstask handles contact details provided through adstask.my. For support and privacy enquiries, email customer@adstask.my. Updated 5 October 2026.
Form details and automatic saving
The form collects your name, phone number and email address. Entered details are saved to the server as you type, and administrators can view unsent drafts. Submissions also record the time, language and selected contact channel to support enquiries and participation follow-up.
External messaging services
Selecting WhatsApp or Telegram generates a message draft containing your entered details and opens that external service. Review the message before sending it. The external provider may process data when you open the link and use its service, under its own privacy rules.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The website uses a session cookie for form sessions and security checks. The production site uses Meta Pixel (ID: 28584065094580445) to measure page views, participation-button clicks and successful form submissions. Draft entry does not trigger CompleteRegistration; that event means the form was submitted, not that an advertising task was completed or a reward earned. We do not send form names, phone numbers or email addresses as Pixel event parameters. Meta may still receive IP addresses, browser information, page URLs and cookie identifiers under its privacy policy, and may process data outside your country. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may affect measurement.
Retention and deletion
Website contact details, including unsent drafts, are retained for no more than 14 days from first entry. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we will delete the relevant customer details within seven days, or by the original 14-day deadline if sooner. Staff promptly record the change in interest, and scheduled cleanup removes expired website records. The operator separately applies the same deadlines to exported files and customer-service records it controls. Records independently processed by WhatsApp, Telegram or Meta are subject to their respective policies.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email customer@adstask.my to request access, correction or deletion, or to tell us you are no longer interested. Provide enough contact information to identify the original record; do not send identity documents or bank-card details. We may verify necessary information to prevent unauthorised access.
